A good way to preserve bananas before they go bad is to make frozen banana cubes for later use or try them in a Strawberry Banana Smoothie.
How to freeze bananas that fill one ice cube tray:
Approx. 3 Large Bananas, peeled
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
In small bowl smash bananas, stir in lemon juice.
Spoon into ice cube trays.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
Remove and place in freezer bag after frozen.
