Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This is great for a quick breakfast. It's so good and good for you!

In a blender combine:

2 Cups Nonfat Plain Yogurt

1/4 tsp Vanilla

1 Tbsp Honey

2 Tbsp Golden Milled Flax seed (optional)

3 Frozen Banana Cubes or 1 small banana

5 Large frozen Strawberries

Blend until well combined and serve. Makes about 2 large servings.
